*Unlimited Data. What is the fair usage policy?

With all plans, you will have unlimited access. Depending on the country you use the device in, a fair usage or speed cap may be applied. The fair usage policy or the speed cap will depend on the country where you are using your device:

– Group 1 Countries: The connection will be 4G high-speed with unlimited data in the countries listed below. When your daily data usage exceeds 5 GB, you may experience a decrease in connection speed. If you experience a connection speed drop, you can always contact our support team, and the speed can be adjusted again. This is mainly a protection against abuse of non-personal data usage across devices.

Do I need to buy a device to activate my plan?

No! The mobile hotspot device is included in your plan. The device will be delivered to you once you sign-up for a monthly plan.

How will I receive my device, and start connection?

We have delivery partners in many countries around the world. Even if we don’t have any local partners, we will ship your device to your address. Shipping is included for most locations. Our support team will contact you to arrange details

How do I buy daily packages?

You can use your device once you receive it. Your usage will be monitored and your account will be charged for any extra days used during the month that is outside of the plan included days.

£1.5 / day extra will be charged for the following countries: Algeria, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bolivia, Bosnia, Georgia, Ghana, Guam&Saipan, Kuwait, Luxembourg, Maldives, Martinique, New Zealand, Oman, Paraguay, UAE.

£4 / day extra will be charged for the following countries: Antigua and Barbuda, Aruba, Cayman Islands, Curacao, Grenada, Haiti, Jamaica, Seychelles, Suriname, Tahiti, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Trinidad and Tobago, Turks and Caicos Islands.

£6 / day extra will be charged for the following countries: Angola, Anguilla, British Virgin Islands, Saint Vincent and North the Grenadines.

 
Is there a sim card inside the device?

The device works on Cloud sim technology, which enables it to work with multiple operators/sims, without adding a physical sim in it. There is also a sim slot on the device, and it comes with a backup sim installed in case there is a technical issue with the cloud sim.

Can I use your service with my own device?

Obviously, you do not have to deal with disassembling and plugging in order to use this device. You can only use the service with the device given.

Will it work in remote areas?

The device will work in most remote areas as it works via multiple operators, however the quality of connection will depend on the location.

 
How do I pay for daypass?

When you signup for the service, if you select the starter plan, you will make payment for the device deposit with your credit card, we will report and charge periodically to the credit card on file
If no changes to the card, you will not need to do anything on your side.

How long will it take to receive the device?

This depends on the country you order from. It will be delivered in 2-3 working days if it is in Europe, 4-5 working days if it is in the UK (possibly sooner). We will deliver it to you as soon as possible with our worldwide delivery partners

The day counting of the time is in days or in hours?

Days. The count goes from 00:00 to 23:59, depending on the country you are in.

Are there any contracts?

NO! You can stop your subscription anytime you like
